Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties and responsibilities most important for the Job)

  • Research previous locations, locate hot stock for waving purposes and complete tasks
  • Lock Inventory to Lost and communicates with the Inventory Department
  • Responsible for observing housekeeping, safety and C-TPAT compliance in assigned area of responsibility; Stay within compliance of the company policies in regards to safety
  • Work with Wave Planning, Inventory Control, and Training to ensure the adherence of area processes


  • Perform other tasks as assigned, including pulling during low volume periods.
  • Support the Coordinator/Supervisor in all duties as assigned including all operational areas of the Distribution Center

  • Must be able to operate Fork Lifts (Order picker/Reach truck)
  • Must be able to operate within WMOS using all task functions including (ROL’s)
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals in English.
  • Ability to effectively communicate one-on-one with co-workers’ and supervisor.
  • Ability to accurately count.  Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide simple whole numbers. Ability to perform these operations using units of measure in regards to numbers, weight and volume.
  • Ability to apply understanding to carry out detailed written and/ or oral instructions.
  • Ability to resolve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to ask for help when solution is unknown or questionable.
