The power of opportunity

“I started my career at Carter’s as a Summer Intern. This enabled me to learn, prove myself, and build relationships. Twelve years later, I am VP of Merchandising for Exclusive Brands. Without that intern opportunity, I would never be where I am in my career. The continued support of my personal and professional development, the Company culture, and incredible people make me feel so lucky to work for such a great Company.”

“What I love most about being an EDP is that the employees at Carter’s invest in me as a professional and as a person. The Carter’s EDP Program has fostered a learning environment where I am able to grow my knowledge about the business and grow as an early-career professional. I have learned hard and soft skills that have contributed to my overall professional development and success. As a new hire, I would have never anticipated for a company to invest in me so early on and for that reason, I am overjoyed and thankful to have started my career here at Carter’s!”
