Create an initial allocation by SKU-Store level and update it according to the latest sales tendencies at least every 2 weeks.
Confirm weekly the units to be sent to each store as replenishment.
Analyze sales and KPIs to update the parameters used in determining the replenishment.
Create and update at least every 3 months the sales forecast by store.
Establish the ideal, minimum, and maximum inventory for every store depending on the sales and align it with retail opps for the physical capacity. Review it at least every 3 months.
Track weekly the inventory level of each store and define the objective of orders for the week considering the ideal inventory.
Review stores’ inventory level by SBU and propose actions to have the ideal inventory level.
Create NSOs initial allocation proposal. Propose changes if needed to reach the ideal inventory of the store.
Create weekly reports: in-stock (seasonal product), buy follow-up, inventory per store, transfers between stores status and weekly stock status.
Update and create reports in Tableau as needed.
