HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
This role supports the planning and analysis of the US retail eCommerce business and admin functional areas.  In addition, this role monitors variances and prepares key reports to be distributed to business leaders monthly.
This role reports to the Manager, FP&A, and is based in our Buckhead office. 


Retail Admin Planning (40%)
-    Assist in the preparation of the annual admin budget and help to execute quarterly forecasts. 
-    Research monthly spending variances for admin cost centers
-    Assist in creating monthly review packages, updating leaders on how they are tracking to spending targets
-    Reconciles plan to actual expenses and provide explanations with the guidance from managers


eCommerce Planning and Analysis (30%)
-    Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast for the US eCommerce business.
-    Update P&L and KPI models that support the eCommerce business
-    Identify variance drivers and investigate the key drivers of the variances
-    Assist in the preparation of the monthly reporting packages for the eCommerce team to highlight performance vs budget and LY


Support General Retail FP&A Deliverables (30%)
-    Assist in the preparation of US retail materials including monthly/quarterly business reviews and earnings preparation materials
-    Assist in the preparation of weekly reporting that summarizes the most recent business performance 
-    Execute various ad hoc analysis that contribute to monitoring business performance
-    Prepare standard reports that monitor performance of KPI’s driving the retail business

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
Must have:

-    General business sense, accounting / finance background with experience in accounting and finance principles and application
-    Bachelor’s degree 
-    0 – 2 years of relevant experience 
-    Familiarity with accounting concepts and ability to analyze financial statements
-    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

-    Ability to create ad-hoc reporting and to work with large volumes of data
