How you’ll make an impact:

The Retail Growth Initiatives Analyst plays a pivotal role in assisting in the successful execution of impactful initiatives across our U.S. and Canada retail stores through identifying and implementing retail initiatives. This fosters robust collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, IT, Marketing, eCommerce, and Real Estate) and will partner closely with key business partners to create project plans and timelines to hold project teams accountable for delivering key milestones on-time. This role provides a unique opportunity to be a key player in driving growth for the retail business by implementing our most important retail initiatives and helping to continuously improve the customer and associate experience. Candidates must be highly organized, analytical, detail oriented, and have an innate sense of curiosity.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Retail Growth Initiatives and is based in our Atlanta office.

40%: Retail Initiatives

  • Own specific aspects of approved Retail Store initiatives (i.e., In-Store Gifting)
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, providing updates on progress, risks, key decisions, and aligning initiatives across business partners and vendors
  • Design training materials and drive adoption to support organizational success and seamless transitions during project implementation

40%: Store Operations & Analytics

  • Ownership of our Store Operations & Field travel budget from planning & monthly auditing
  • Act as a main point of contact and delivery support for prioritized retail initiatives (i.e., BI Roadmap)
  • Recurring and ad hoc reporting to ensure operational excellence and compliance; summarize and communicate findings, insights and reporting to leadership
  • Support continuous optimization of Omni, RFID, and various initiative processes across all business units
  • Support troubleshooting store issues that arise, including but not limited to, omnichannel logic, app / back-end technology, tag/chip issues, process concerns, discrepancies with inventory control, etc.
  • Proactively communicate possible business/operational risks as well as potential solutions to leadership

20%: Customer & Associate Experience Enhancements

  • Identify areas of opportunity for continued customer and associate experience enhancements leveraging relevant data points (i.e., OSAT, benchmarking exercises, field feedback, etc.)
  • Own implementation of select prioritized enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gain buy-in, define enhancement requirements, and drive successful implementation.
  • Measure and track the impact of enhancements on customer and associate experiences to ensure continuous improvement.

Must have:

  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical with the ability to evaluate business needs when considering project implementation
  • Highly proficient in developing strong relationships with all levels of business
  • 0-2 years’ experience in retail, strategy, management consulting or a related field
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in situations with ambiguity
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • RFID knowledge or experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools and experience creating project plans and managing project activity to the defined plan
  • Experience in assisting in complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
