  • Prepare month-end closing journals for Hong Kong office and overseas ROs (Bangladesh, Cambodia & Vietnam). 

  • Assist HK team on preparation of annual audit and profits tax filing.

  • Work with local consultants for statutory filings and annual audit for overseas ROs.

  • Prepare reconciliations and accounting schedules.

  • Maintain proper accounting and financial documents filing system.

  • Handle expenses reimbursement and prepare cheque payment.

  • Handle claims and recharge issues with vendors. 

  • Get involved in vendor invoice settlement process.

  • Handle intercompany invoicing.

  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
