How You’ll Make an Impact:

CRI is seeking a Brand Engagement Specialist to support the development and execution of brand programming, public relations, social media campaigns and communications across all CRI brands.

As a member of the Brand Engagement team, this candidate will be ideating and implementing brand tentpole activations, culture moments, public relations events and initiatives, and social programming for the most trusted children’s brands in the US to build trust, awareness, and social credibility with the next generation of parents. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Public Affairs and Social Media.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute monthly marketing programs, pull real-time performance insights and report on program results

  • Owns day-to-day management of key sweepstakes social giveaways with external partner to create program rules, winner selection and channel assets

  • Leads day-to-day community management program, responding to comments and proactively engaging across platforms to build social connections, increase follower count and engagement rates

  • Creates new relationships and fosters current rolodex of editors, influencers, and creators across all CRI brands through curated seeding campaigns and ad hoc gifting

  • Participates in weekly, monthly agency meetings, supporting execution of press strategies

  • Develops internal communications on behalf of the Marketing team, supports corporate communications function

Must have:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills and ability to think creatively to solve marketing challenges

  • Must have excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders

  • Must be innovative, strategic, and results-driven with a shared passion for achieving and exceeding KPIs for the organization

  • Must have successfully managed and prioritized multiple projects with competing deadlines; must be able to allocate time and resources accordingly

  • Must have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners; strong collaborator

  • Budget management skills a plus!

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Must have at least 2+ years’ progressive marketing experience with brand or agencies

  • Highly prefer BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Hands-on team player fluent in the fundamentals of brand marketing and social media
