Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties and responsibilities most important to get the job done)

  • Manage the inventory that exists in the DC identifying the quantity and existing season for each

  • Sales channel and customer

  • Have a weekly control of movements and inventory status in the DC

  • Generate weekly reports with inventory status in the DC by channel and customer

  • Check with the Supply Chain area the transit of the product to report the styles that are coming

  • and the arrival dates

  • Prepare reports of the merchandise that arrived in the DC and notify the missing and surplus

  • merchandise

  • Provide information of the inventory status in the DC to DTC and Wholesale planners so that they

  • can check that the shipment of merchandise to stores and customers is being executed according

  • to the commercial plan

  • Provide the status of the inventory what was purchased vs. what actually arrived in the DC by sales

  • channel

  • Automate the inventory reporting process

  • ATS and PSP/P&H reports

JOB requirements (minimum competencies required for job performance)

  • Advanced Excel level

  • Intermediate Macro Programming

  • Analytical thinking

  • Good approach to detail

  • Good verbal and written communication

Prior work experience and educational requirements

  • College Degree (Industrial Engineering, Actuary, Mathematical, Accountant)

  • 1 year of experience desirable but not necessary
