How You’ll Make an Impact:

This role is within our Global Order Management IT team supporting supply chain. We seek an accomplished developer with experience developing applications using PL/SQL and Apex technologies.

Technical: 70%

  • Development using Oracle PL-SQL and Apex technologies for large enterprise applications.

  • Analysis, design, development, configuration & deployment of the system/solutions per Carter's methodologies.

  • Development of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL.

Compliance & Production Support: 30%

  • Document and maintain technical designs. 

  • Maintain code integrity and organization.

  • Perform root cause analysis, data analysis and ad-hoc reporting using SQL.

We’d Love to hear from you if:

Must have:

  • Development experience in Oracle PL/SQL and Apex.

  • Experience in supply chain/ERP/Order management systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • 4-6 Years experience in developing PL/SQL Packages, stored procedures, and triggers.

  • 2+ Years experience developing user interfaces with Oracle Apex.

  • Experience with retail/ERP/Order management systems is preferred.

  • Experience with cloud technologies preferred.

  • Exemplary communication skills (verbal and documentation).
