eCommerce Site Merchandiser

How you’ll make an impact:
As a Site Merchandiser, this candidate will be responsible for managing day to day maintenance of the
eCommerce site, working with the Buying team to merchandise product, executing site refreshes, managing new
product flows and executing pricing. This role reports to the eCommerce Product Category Manager on-site, 3 days a week
in a hybrid work environment.
70%: eCommerce Site Operations
- Participates in bi-weekly site scrubs with eCommerce and Buying team
- Supports global price changes and promotions for the site
- Responsible for product accuracy on the site
- Ensure photo and copy match and that all useable images are linked to the product
- Captures weekly competitor homepages, emails and Key Item Pieces
- Supports Workload Flow for both brands including:
- Site Refresher Calendar
- Item Master & Master Price File Creation
- Monthly Navigation
- Product Turn-on
- Stock Not Live reporting
30%: CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Reviews weekly site refreshers with the team, ensuring that all linking, destinations, and merchandising needs are met
- Supports and coordinates with buying team projects i.e. swatching, stylitics and outfit bundles
- Acts as point of contact for the DC and Order management team as it pertains to product issues
- Partners with traffic, email, and dev teams on any outstanding JIRA tickets or issues
- Collaborates directly with internal (DTC buyers and marketing)
- Reviews recommendation zones and sort order rules and tracks changes
- Works with eCommerce product team to gain a deeper understanding of Salesforce capabilities and opportunities
- Trains the broader team, including buying team, on any new site initiatives or functionality
- Works directly with Manager-Site Merchandising to gain a deeper understanding of all site initiatives
- Works on special projects as assigned
- Assist with monthly navigation assignment
- Assist with purchase order management

Must haves:
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially in Excel
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and have strong communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, be flexible, and to prioritize
- Passion for the web and online shopping a plus
Preferred skills and experience:
- Prior Ecommerce experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
Retail experience preferred, especially in children’s clothing
