Essential Job functions
As Carter’s continues to drive momentum in our digital channels, we are looking for a collaborative, customer-centric Site Coordinator to join our growing eCommerce organization. The eCommerce Site Coordinator will help define and execute a best-in-class experience to help busy parents easily find what they need so they can confidently dress their kids. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, takes initiative, and is a team player. This person will be a crucial cross-functional partner to multiple teams including merchandising, marketing, product, UX, and creative, working together to develop and implement site strategies.
What you’ll do:
Execute weekly homepage updates and setup marketing campaigns including providing linking strategies to partners, merchandising landing destinations, and executing product price changes.
Identify opportunities to update product attributes and content within our product management system.
Implement initiatives that help drive units per transition such as product bundles and outfitting.
Analyze the customer’s path to purchase using analytical tools, then recommend and implement changes that improve the experience and increase conversion.
Review site daily with a customer-first mindset and proactively make site updates and optimizations as needed.
Perform regular competitive analysis and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing the site experience.
Knowledge, skill and ability requirements (minimum competencies required for job performance)
What you’ll need:
Be highly organized, detail oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
A passion for eCommerce and the ability to collaborate productively

A positive, enthusiastic attitude
Ability to thrive and be agile in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Prior work experience and educational requirements
Strong verbal and written skills
Ability to synthesize and communicate results clearly and effectively
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
Proficient in developing strong relationships with all levels of the business
Be a champion for change management in the Retail space and inspire innovation
Lead courageously - not afraid to speak frankly, offer new ideas, take calculated risks, and support positive change
Must be a self-starter who is highly organized; detail-oriented, hands-on, self-motivated, results-oriented and a team-player
