Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties and responsibilities most important to get the job done)
Manage the inventory that exists in the DC identifying the quantity and existing season for each
Sales channel and customer
Have a weekly control of movements and inventory status in the DC
Generate weekly reports with inventory status in the DC by channel and customer
Check with the Supply Chain area the transit of the product to report the styles that are coming
and the arrival dates
Prepare reports of the merchandise that arrived in the DC and notify the missing and surplus
merchandise
Provide information of the inventory status in the DC to DTC and Wholesale planners so that they
can check that the shipment of merchandise to stores and customers is being executed according
to the commercial plan
Provide the status of the inventory what was purchased vs. what actually arrived in the DC by sales
channel
Automate the inventory reporting process
ATS and PSP/P&H reports
JOB requirements (minimum competencies required for job performance)
Advanced Excel level
Intermediate Macro Programming
Analytical thinking
Good approach to detail
Good verbal and written communication
Prior work experience and educational requirements
College Degree (Industrial Engineering, Actuary, Mathematical, Accountant)
1 year of experience desirable but not necessary
