How You’ll Make An Impact:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated product leader who is looking to create innovated and unmatched digital experiences for some of the most important purchases parents make - those for their kids. The eCommerce team is focused on reimaging our digital experiences to alleviate some of the stressors from our customer's everyday lives and deliver experiences that are both seamless and delightful to shop.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting key organizational growth initiatives and supporting an enhancement roadmap that attracts, engages, and retains customers for web across the U.S. and Canada, ~$600M in annual revenue. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, mentor and analytical thinker with strong instincts and outstanding intuition - who will support and guide the decisions for a team of product managers. The Lead Product Manager will use their strong product and technical understanding to influence and collaborate across the organization to identify the most valuable opportunities for the business and deliver the highest ROI, with the best experience for our customers. The candidate will consistently be testing, measuring, and optimizing all enhancements to meet the ever-evolving needs of the customer and scaling the solution for the business.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Management and is 100% remote with occasional travel into our Atlanta offices as needed.

Insights & Analytics (30%)

  • Effectively makes data-driven decisions based on past performance and leverages that knowledge to coordinate near-term roadmaps

  • Proven track record of generating consensus across multiple product managers and areas to deliver a centralized vision/roadmap

  • Effectively works ahead to connect teams’ ideas into a broader vision and anticipates the implications of a decision that could have unexpected consequences to the business or customer experience.

Customer Behavior (20%)

  • Proactively pursues customer feedback via VOC, usability tests, a/b tests, customer replays, and adobe analytics to identify future customer needs

  • Independent thinker with a desire to drive innovation.

  • Ability to identify unmet needs and external trends that could influence customer behavior and expectations.

Business & Technical Acumen (20%)

  • Understands how upcoming/past features can be coordinated across multiple workstreams to create a cohesive end-to-end customer experience.

  • Can effectively capture cross-functional requests for the team and translate the request into an actionable idea.

  • Clear understanding of current technical capabilities and limitations to ensure solutions are capable of being developed in a reasonable timeline.

Delivery & Mentorship (30%)

  • Has a bias toward action. Ensures the product managers are consistently working ahead to mitigate potential risks and assist in working around roadblocks.

  • Mentors product managers on how to evaluate the potential of an idea and deliver with predictability.

  • Holds the team accountable for their daily activities

We’d Love To Hear From You If:

  • 6+ years of product management (or similar) experience with a track record of delivering business value

  • Demonstrated history of using data to drive product development roadmap

  • Prove ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective communication skills with experience confidently and credibly articulating a direction to gain consensus across multiple business units (e.g. Engineering, UX/UI, Merchandising, Marketing, etc.)

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and app & web architecture (e.g. HTML, CSS, JS controllers, React, Swift, etc.)

  • Experience with digital product development tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Adobe Analytics, Figma, etc.)

  • Experience creating technical/functional requirements for development with an ability to define how a product works vs. simply bringing ideas to life

  • Analytical, organized, and independent problem solver with an attention to detail
