Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties and responsibilities most important to get the job done)
Anaplan System administration (30%)
Build new capabilities leveraging the Anaplan system to support strategic initiatives, evolving business processes, and continuous improvement in inventory performance (WOS, service level, excess)
Develop Expert model building skills in Anaplan and be the point person for functionality and data definition
System Training and Enhancement (40%)
Primary contact for supply chain and/or retail model troubleshooting and enhancement requests
Grow superuser base and expand knowledge of Anaplan to the business
Project Management (30%)
Manage new projects by driving design sessions, gathering requirements, providing status updates, delivering solutions in partnership with an offshore resource base
Maintain sprint plans, follow build standards, and track issues/requests
SUPERVISORY / BUDGETARY / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY
Supervise and develop offshore resources
Collaborate closely with key business and IT partners on requirements and capabilities
secondary functions (IF APPLICABLE - ANY DUTIES NOT CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL)
Anticipate key partner’s needs and perform ad hoc analysis as needed
knowledge, skill and ability requirements (minimum competencies required for job performance)
Superior technical skills including Anaplan, advanced Excel, and a working knowledge of data integration methods
Analytical, process driven approach to problem solving
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and varying levels of ambiguity
Detail oriented (on time and accurate)
prior work experience and educational requirements
Supply Chain and IT experience preferred
BA / BS in related field (mathematics, engineering, supply chain, finance, etc.), advanced degree preferred
Anaplan model building experience required
3+ years of experience in an Analytics or Supply Chain related position
