HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

This role is responsible for supporting the pricing team in building the tools to monitor competitive pricing, managing pricing processes, and implement pricing strategies.  The pricing team is aligned within the Retail Planning team and collaborates with teams across the organization. 

This role typical reports into the Manager, Pricing Administration and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment (4 days/week in-office)

Competitive Pricing (40%)

  • Oversee competitive pricing data collection and analytics processes
  • Develop competitive recapping abilities that are easily compiled/replicatable  
  • Present competitive pricing opportunities in department and cross functional meetings
  • Support regular communication to internal partners (planning, allocation, finance, store operations, etc.)

Manage Pricing Cadence (20%)

  • Maintain event schedule and key pricing inputs
  • Coordinate pricing timelines / requirements with Planning, Marketing, and Store Operations
  • Leverage pricing toolkit to ensure smooth execution of pricing activities

Support Pricing Initiatives (40%)

  • Manage and execute flash sales process
  • Assist with pricing of specialty store formats/strategies
  • Analyze and provide insights on pricing decisions & initiatives
  • Support process improvement and innovation in Pricing and Planning

Must have:

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with frequent deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills, keen eye for details, and exceptional level of persistency, follow through, and self-motivation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships throughout the organization
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.2 GPA or higher strongly preferred)
  • Required to have graduated within 6 months of class start date
  • Must be able to start in the role full time by June 2025

  • Microsoft Office
  • Tableau
  • Retail experience
