This role supports the supply programs for all retail stores in North America.  

This role is critical in ensuring that retail stores are supported with operating supplies to support the business.  This role is responsible for establishing the order processes, budget tracking, inventory management, sourcing initiatives, reporting, analytics, managing vendors and project management.  This role has a high level of interaction and collaboration with Field Leadership and cross functional business partners. 

This role reports to the Director, Retail Facilities and is based in our Buckhead office ( 4 days per week onsite).

60% Program Management: 

  • Responsible for total management of the operating supplies, lighting, fixtures and customer bag programs for North America retail stores.  Inclusive of all processes, products, sourcing, reporting and analytics. 
  • Manage a multi-million budget including all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial responsibilities.  
  • Evaluate spend and implement changes to improve efficiencies, cost, product offering, timeliness and ease of order and delivery. 
  • Develop and maintain risk management process to mitigate supply chain disruptions. 
  • Develop and maintain a purchasing program for maintenance related repairs including; HVAC, electrical components, plumbing and all other maintenance related needs. 
  • Identify and implement best in class service model for supply programs including developing and maintaining customer satisfaction model. 
  • Identify industry trends and benchmarks for vendor performance and set goals to improve service and decrease spend. 

25% Project Management: 

  • Project planning of supply and fixture rollouts that includes mapping to deliver on time and on budget results. 
  • Manage vendors and business partners for seamless execution of projects. 
  • Manage, track and report on budget, timeline, and changes to leadership. 

15%: Reporting & Analytics: 

  • Self-lead analytics of the supply program and cost saving opportunities. 
  • Track and report on trends and changes implemented to upper management. 
  • Manage, report and track inventory levels and sku management  
  • Setting success targets and tracking for all supply, lighting, fixture and customer bag programs 

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

Must have: 

  • Proficiency in excel required.  Strong analytical skillset; ability to filter through thousands of data points in a meaningful way 
  • 2- 3 years experience in sourcing of operating supplies and vendor management 
  • Strong problem-solving skills including, time management, and task prioritization 
  • Strong collaboration and cross functional skills.  
  • Customer service oriented  
  • Not afraid to speak frankly, offer new ideas and support positive change 
  • Clear and effective communications both written & verbal 
  • Prioritizes effectively while balancing feedback from stakeholders 

Preferred: 

  • Bilingual; Spanish 
  • Experience working in tableau
