How you’ll make an impact:
The Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, planning, and directing the distribution of goods within the warehouse to ensure the timely processing of customer orders.
This role typically reports to the Operations Supervisor and is based in our Stockbridge Distribution Center.
70%: Daily Operations
Understand all customer requirements.
Ensure customer orders are routed and shipped within SLA.
Daily communication with OML team with any routing or shortage issues.
Maintain minimum performance standards while performing required job functions.
Manage workload and staffing to meet goals across assigned area
Properly utilize people, equipment, technology and facility for distribution operations in assigned area
Understand and achieve all functional area performance metrics (service, cost, quality and accuracy) for all channels of business
Know and achieve productivity targets while maintaining high levels of safety, quality, accuracy, service and morale
Understand and own the daily workload/workflow for your specific functional area and shift. Make sound business adjustments to ensure your functional area is operating at most efficient model
Ensure the day-to-day operations of assigned functional area run smoothly and efficiently (meeting/exceeding all performance metrics while displaying top leadership behaviors).
Understand and properly manage all production levers that impact assigned functional area productivity rates while maintaining high levels of service, quality and engagement
Responsible for enforcing housekeeping, safety and C-TPAT compliance in assigned area of responsibility; Stay within compliance of the company policies regarding safety.
30%: Support Functions
Support the Supervisor/Manager in all duties as assigned including all operational areas of the Distribution Center.
Assume supervisory responsibilities in department supervisor’s absence.
Serve as back up for Operations Trainer and conduct associate training and re-training as needed.
Communicate with Operations Leadership across shifts and departments to ensure the adherence of Distribution Center policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Must have:
Basic knowledge of WMOS, including RF scanner tasks and functions.
Team player willing to perform various job duties to support the department and the facility objectives and key performance indicators.
Willingness to assign tasks, provide feedback, and build relationships with department employees.
A customer-service orientation willing to exceed the expectations our customers and employees.
Flexibility to work overtime and comply with blackout periods (no vacation or personal time allowed) during peak periods.
Preferred skills and experience:
Previous experience leading a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
1 - 2 years of experience I n a fast-paced distribution environment.
