HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Sales Analyst role will support Amazon and will be dedicated to driving data accuracy through high standards, attention to detail and analytical thinking. As Amazon’s platform is constantly evolving, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to business needs is critical. The analyst will be expected to think like an owner and act in the long- term interest of building the Amazon business: ask questions, act aggressively, deep dive into details, think big picture, and deliver exceptional results.
40%: Maintain business critical data integrity
• Assist Senior Sales Manager in managing product data on Amazon platform
• Lead the end-to-end new item setup process with support from the offshore team
• Partner with Merchandising and Marketing on necessary attributes and site updates
• Interact with Amazon Vendor management team to address site issues and concerns
• Own and provide inventory availability updates by brand, in partnership with the Senior Planning Manager
30%: Business Development
• Support Senior Managers of Sales and of Planning with daily and weekly workflows including sales analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional team conversations
• Partner with order management and operations teams on order timing, style compliance, and operational activities
• Continually strive to improve quality of information, analytical techniques and systems; Simplify data processing and reports constantly
• Identify opportunities and propose solutions while anticipating impact on others
30%: Data Analytics and Reporting
• Run predefined system reports to support business team
• Manage weekly/monthly reporting for all brands and generate rolled up views of lower-level business details
• Ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities and propose solutions while anticipating impact on others
• Perform deep dives on the business to support line structure and management meetings
• Build new reporting capabilities based on business insights or as advised by management
• Prepare clear, executive‑level summaries and presentations that communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Must have:
Strong numeric, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
Advanced computer skills to retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and interpret/action data
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Highly detail‑oriented, with the ability to identify discrepancies, validate data, and maintain reliable reporting outputs
Preferred skills and experience:
BS or BA degree preferred
Amazon platform experience a plus
Min 2-5 years analyst work experience- apparel business preferred but not required
