Essential Job Functions

  • Setup items within customer systems for various lines of business (retail stores, online, and international)
  • Gather and manage product-related information, ensuring data accuracy and consistency between systems
  • Collaborate with account teams and internal partners to resolve data discrepancies, system and/or process issues
  • Run weekly selling reports and scorecards and perform ad hoc analysis of trends
  • Review account seasonal buys for accuracy of style information, quantities, and requested ship dates
  • Coordinate samples with distribution center and account
  • Manage online image upload process with the account and internal teams
  • Ad hoc projects

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

  • Advanced excel, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented

Prior Work Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Seeking bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.2 strongly preferred)
  • Enrollment in a Bachelor/Master’s degree program at the time of the internship (certificate programs are not eligible)
  • Availability to start on the designated start date in May
  • Availability to work for a minimum of 10 out of the 11 weeks of the defined internship period which runs from May-August
