HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

The Sr. Data Analyst, Global Distribution and Transportation supports the Distribution and Global Transportation teams by playing a critical role in driving data-informed decisions that enhance the performance, efficiency,

and cost-effectiveness of our global logistics network. The focus of the role will include end-to-end transportation operations and distribution activities.

This role typically reports directly to the Sr. Manager of S&OP and Merch Analytics with a dual reporting relationship to the Sr. Manager of Inbound Transportation and is based in our Buckhead, GA office, with

weekly visits to the Stockbridge distribution center. Occasional travel to Chino, CA and/or Cambridge, ON Canada, may be required as needed.


70% - Global Distribution and Transportation Analytics

- Analyze large datasets related to transportation operations, including shipping, carrier performance, freight costs, and delivery metrics

- Develop interactive, insightful dashboards and reports in Tableau for stakeholders across logistics, operations, and supply chain leadership

- Partner with transportation planners, logistics managers, and IT to identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement

- Translate business questions into analytical requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations

- Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows for scalability and performance

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, freight spend, carrier compliance, and shipment volumes

- Create all necessary documentation for new reporting/processes

- May participate in cross-functional supply chain projects and initiatives


30% - Data Integration & Issue Resolution

- Use Tableau Prep to extract, clean, combine, and transform data from multiple sources (e.g., ERP, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Sharepoint)

- Act as key liaison between Global Distribution/Transportation teams and Data Engineering team to coordinate data ingestion and mapping data from current distribution and transportation systems (WM Manhattan, Infor, EDRAY) and future systems

- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and integrations across logistics platforms by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and failures in

data feeds that impact reporting accuracy.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement short-term and long-term data solutions


WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF: Must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.

- Experience in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

- Solid understanding of data integration methods, ETL pipelines, and APIs

- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to travel to DCs as required Preferred skills and experience:

- Knowledge of global logistics operations, including multi-modal transportation and distribution networks

- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels

- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation or automation.

- Experience working with TMS, WMS, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan
