Senior Financial Analyst - Retail FP&A

How you’ll make an impact:
The Senior Financial Analyst role is primarily responsible for planning the Carters Mexico business. This role will focus on the creation of the annual budget, quarterly and long-range plans as well as analysis of the business performance and key trends
This role typical reports into the Director of Retail FP&A and is a hybrid role located in our Buckhead office
50%: Coordinate the formulation of the financial plan and consolidation of budgets, forecast and long-range plan for the Mexico business
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to build and execute expense plans
- Analyze business trends to drive the forecasting process
- Support the formulation of meaningful reports to track progress against strategic goals
35%: Support strategic initiatives to support the growth of the business
- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support decisions, provide direction and make recommendations on the profitable growth of the business
- Analyze key business trends as they happen with key performance indicators
- Perform expense management analysis monthly
15%: Support FP&A deliverables
- Assist in the preparation weekly and monthly business review documents as well as documents for earnings preparation that will be used by the senior leaders of the company
- Support the planning and reporting of the Canada business including wholesale planning, deck preparation and comp reporting

Must have:
- 3+ Years relevant experience Finance, Accounting with strong business Acumen
- Proven self-starter adept at process improvement and proficient in problem-solving.
- Skilled communicator experienced in crafting presentations tailored for executive audiences.
- Highly analytical, capable of leveraging actionable data to drive business decisions, with proficiency in Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting and Finance is preferred)
Preferred skills and experience:
- Experience with Tableau is an asset
- Team player who thrives in building partnerships in highly collaborative environment
