HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Senior Forecasting Analyst provides leadership and analytical skills to ensure our brands have the right product, in the right place, at the right time. This role involves making decisions that maximize profitability and has a significant impact on sales, margin, and inventory.
This role reports to the Senior Forecasting Manager and is based in our Buckhead, GA office.

Responsibilities include:


60%: Execute the forecasting and buying processes for assigned product categories
?    Ownership of creating SBU specific wholesale forecast and using Anaplan as main tool for forecast creation. 
?    Participate in the style ranking process used for initial replenishment forecasts and for seasonal forecasts. This is a collaborative effort with Merchandising and the output is used to drive Customer Sell-in recommendations. 
?    Maintain appropriate buying strategies (weeks of supply, safety stock, etc.) to support brand and SBU specific service level, Days of Supply, and Open To Buy constraints.
?    Own forecast consolidation across all channels.   
?    Interact with DTC team regarding all upcoming replenishment deliverables and updating information the team passes off.
?    Support both the Anaplan Seasonal Forecast Model as well as the Anaplan Replenishment Remix Model.  Includes initial style setup and maintenance in the model.  Also includes updates to data/bookings pulls, validating forecast info against updated overall sales plans and POS data, and remixing forecasts down to program/style level.
?    Adhere to all critical calendar deliverables including forecast publish dates, fabric commits, buys, and style costing updates.
?    Analyze POS and Booking trend information regularly and re-mix style forecasts as customer demand changes.
?    Assist with the TFA forecast update as well as the Omnia forecast update the 1st week of the fiscal month for replenishment styles.  
?    Prepare the monthly percentage updates for replenishment product and publish to the Inventory Team after the beginning of the month TFA forecasts are published.
?    Support and assist with replenishment forecasting initiatives such as Machine Learning for forecast generation and additional Anaplan forecasting enhancements.

20%: Support other SBUs on forecasting team in forecasts, buys, and reporting
?    Assist other SBUs in forecast setup in Anaplan and assist in remixing forecast for Replenishment team.   
?    Assist in weekly reporting for Replenishment team.
?    Work with Anaplan team to enhance and update models as needed. This includes trouble shooting and identifying issues and working to resolve.

20%: Ad Hoc Reporting and special projects
?    Create reports and analyze data as needed for executives.
?    Represent Forecasting team during cross functional meetings and special projects. 
?    Validate data for accuracy on companywide initiatives such as hierarchy conversion, tableau conversion, etc. Work with necessary teams to correct data inaccuracies and suggest enhancements to current processes.     
?    Enhancements to the Anaplan Remix model and identifying ways to streamline existing processes to Tableau.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
Must have:

?    Knowledge of fundamental Forecasting and Inventory Management principles (Supply and Demand matching, forecast error, safety stock, inventory turn, service level, open to buy management, constrained supply, etc.) 
?    Superior technical skills including advanced Excel and MS Access
?    Analytical, process driven approach to problem solving
?    Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and varying levels of ambiguity, detail oriented (on time and accurate)
?    2+ Years of experience in related field
?    BA / BS in related field (mathematics, engineering, supply chain, finance, etc.)


Preferred skills and experience:
?    Apparel or short-life cycle forecast experience preferred
