ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Development

  • Market samples tracking and system kick off - follow up with vendors on sample development and manage Market Sample due dates  
  • Resolve development quality issues to meet the company requirements 

Production approvals

  • Collaborate with vendors, cross functional team and counterparts, engage people in different locations - HK & US office 
  • Manage lab dips/strike-offs/graphics/wash submissions/status to meet due dates 

Data and system maintenance

  • Data maintenance - Make use of different systems such as PLM, Intellimas to manage daily activities 

Cross functional team communication 

  • Engage cross functional partners regularly to exchange up-to-date information    

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Graduate or above, preferably with major in Apparel/ Textile or Fashion garment   
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in the garment field for US/Canada market
  • Experience in buying / sourcing office or children wear products is a plus.
  • Agile, Innovative mind-set and problem-solving skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS office (Pivot table, Excel, PPT )
