Site Merchandising Specialist - 12 Month Contract

How you’ll make an impact:

As Carter’s grows its digital channels, we’re seeking a collaborative, customer-focused Site Merchandising Specialist with an analytical mindset. This self-starter will use data and technical tools to solve problems, optimize the online shopping experience, and support business growth through cross-functional collaboration.

50%: eCommerce Site Operations

• Performs daily site scrubs, trouble shoots and resolve issues independently.
• Leads A/B testing for bottom-of-funnel priorities, identifying and executing tests to improve KPIs and reporting results back to the team.
• Owns and optimizes the final stages of the customer journey, improving add-to-cart rates, cart completion, and checkout conversion.

40%: eCommerce Partnerships

• Works cross-functionally with the US merchandising partners to identify insights and apply learnings to the Canadian business.
• Own and optimize recommendation zones and sort strategies, proactively monitoring performance and driving data-informed improvements to enhance merchandising effectiveness.

10%: eCommerce Leadership

• Challenge the status quo and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
• Mentor Site Merchandisers on the team

We’d Love to hear from you if: (Requirements section)

Must have:

• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or InRiver
• Basic analytical skills (uses data to support decisions and identify opportunities for improvement)
• Team player with willingness to learn and take ownership.

Preferred skills and experience:

• 1+ years of prior eCommerce experience required with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Retail experience preferred, especially in children’s clothing
