HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
This role is critical in driving operational excellence within Order Management & Logistics (OML). The Sr. Account Analyst functions as both a leader and subject matter expert, overseeing day-to-day order-to-cash execution across multiple business units. They play a key role in ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements and routing rules, while also acting as a liaison between internal teams and external customers to maintain and grow strong business relationships. Additionally, this position serves as a mentor and trainer to Account Analysts, focusing on advocacy, revenue optimization, and customer satisfaction. The Sr. Account Analyst also partners closely with leadership, representing OML in cross-functional meetings and driving process improvements to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. In this role, you will participate in discussions on supply chain disruptions and their impact on operations, monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics while helping to implement effective solutions.
This role reports into the Order Management & Logistics Manger / Sr Manager and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment.
50%: Order Management and Analysis
Evaluate order flow, including inventory receipt timing, distribution center (DC) processing, inventory movement constraints, and Customer compliance guidelines. Provide actionable recommendations to ensure successful support and execution of end-to-end order management.
Take ownership of daily decisions and actively manage information flow to ensure accurate and efficient order management across all channels.
Troubleshoot order transmission errors and maintain system functionality to meet demand requirements effectively.
Analyze inventory and order coverage to provide recommendations that support Customer requirements and drive sales performance.
Execute necessary adjustments to order configurations by collaborating with Account, Sales, IT, DC and other internal partners when needed, ensuring accuracy in setup, delivery dates, and quantities.
30%: Reporting, Communication &, Process Improvements
Develop ad hoc reports to provide cross functional partners with insights into critical issues and processing statuses, highlighting key variances and actionable opportunities.
Track product movements using reporting tools and proactively communicate logistical updates to stakeholders and external customers.
Participate in leadership meetings, offering detailed insights, guiding conversations, and driving resolutions to supply chain challenges.
Coordinate communication strategies for supply chain interruptions, collaborating with Operations and Planning teams to implement solutions and update key stakeholders.
Maintain systemic configurations to ensure accurate inventory visibility and availability across all channels.
Identify improvement opportunities within the order management processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
20%: Leadership & Development
Subject matter expert role within the Order Management & Logistics team specific to each order management channel.
Manage, direct, mentor, train, and motivate assigned OML Account Analyst/EDP. Ensure development plans are defined and supported.
Train Account Analyst / EDP on responsibilities specific to order management.
Serving as a liaison between the business and customers to enhance partnerships.
Ensuring compliance with customer-specific logistics and order requirements.

• Proficiency in reporting tools, such as Tableau, with strong analytical skills and proven ability to leverage data to track KPIs, generate performance reports, and drive operations improvements.

• Proficient Microsoft office and excel skills
