Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties and responsibilities most important to get the job done)
Strategy and Business Opportunity Execution: Develop and execute marketing strategies and/or business opportunities for brands (Carter's, OshKosh, Skip Hop, Precious Baby, COM), as well as oversee the promotional team and budget.
Client Management and Business Agreements: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic collaborations with both internal and external clients (Walmart, clubs Coppel, off-price stores, and Amazon, in addition to maintaining key relationships with the imports, planning, merchandising, and billing departments.
Market Analysis and Consumer Behavior: Analyze consumer behavior and sales trends, adapting marketing strategies and product assortments to meet market needs.
360° Management and Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate the execution of merchandising plans, establish processes and work schedules, manage purchases and product validity, and ensure the proper execution of business strategies with sales and operations teams.
JOB requirements (minimum competencies required for job performance)
Solid experience in generating and analyzing KPIs.
Desirable experience with ERP systems (Proscai).
Experience leading teams.
Advanced English (both written and conversational).
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong PowerPoint proficiency.
Prior work experience and educational requirements
Completed Bachelor's Degree.
+5 years of experience working with wholesalers or as a KAM.
Desirable to have experience in retail.
