As a Seasonal Talent Coordinator at Carter's Braselton Distribution Center, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts during peak hiring seasons. This dynamic role offers you the chance to showcase your skills in talent acquisition and HR support, all while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Review applications and resumes, screen candidates, and conduct interviews to find the best fit for our team.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage phone and in-person interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Recruiting Events: Set up and attend external recruiting events, representing Carter's and attracting top talent.
- Job Posting: Post positions on company career sites, specialty job boards, and social media accounts to reach a wide audience.
- Offer Letters: Create and send out offer letters, and manage various templates to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Background Checks: Coordinate background and drug screenings for candidates, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Orientation and Training: Schedule applicants for orientation and training sessions, helping them start their journey with Carter's.
- Support HR Projects: Assist with other HR-related projects, fundraising efforts, employee events, and safety initiatives.
What You'll Bring:

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft programs, with knowledge of distribution center or supply chain operations as a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruiting support, HR coordination, or entry-level recruiting roles.
- Confidentiality: Exceptional discretion in handling HR-related data, employee pay, and salary information.
- Bilingual: Spanish language skills are a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with a diverse pool of candidates.

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs, including retail work hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays.
