VISUAL MERCHANDISING - 40%
- Conceptualizes and drives innovative visual approaches across multiple store formats that deliver sales results.
- Understands key strategic business initiatives; develops and executes ways to support through Visual Merchandising/Presentation and fixture/prop roll outs.
- Overseas all aspects of floor-set execution, from pre-buy work with buying team to final communication to field team for execution.
- Incorporate and communicate key strategic business initiatives through Visual Merchandising and Presentation.
- Participate in weekly business review meetings with the Buying team and make recommendations to support the business need based current trends, pricing, and strategies.
- Lead & facilitate the set-up of merchandise statements in our Satelite store that are compelling, easy for customers to understand and easy for the stores to execute.
- Set new product and marketing in-store for corporate leadership review.
- Partner and collaborate with buying and marketing team to drive relevant / necessary in-store marketing that supports floor set, buy strategy and global marketing campaign.
- Develops and executes visual presentations for special projects and corporate events as needed including Holiday, Spring, Halloween, Buen Fin and sell ins.
- Leads idea generation, sampling and developing seasonal displays and the sourcing of props to deliver presentation.
- Works with outside venders while sampling, sourcing and procuring visual props. Manages and presents costing comparisons on props, pop vendors, and all expenses involving visual merchandising.
- Travels to stores for special initiatives, new store openings, hands-on Visual Merchandising training and work throughs as needed.

- Key stakeholder / business owner and decision maker for the Visual Merchandising team.
- Manage full aspect of floor-set process, from pre-buy work to final communication.

MANAGEMENT OF PROCESS - 30%

- Action relevant changes based on outcome of weekly business review meetings with the Buying team. (Tasks, PCD, Floor Adjustments, influence change that balances brand and promotion)
- Lead weekly buy meeting impacting quarterly strategy and blueprint layouts. Offer solutions and action changes in a timely manner to influence buy and evolution of current & future presentations.
- Lead all floorset walkthroughs to creative leadership and buying and store operations team.
- Manage computer files and facilitate visual process, expenses of own business.
COMMUNICATION TO STORES - 30%
- Create, execute and communicates merchandise blueprints, visual directives and window / campaign directives that align to design, merchandising and global marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for documenting those statements in words and pictures and communicating them to our national chain of retail stores.
- Overseas all content communication to the field related to Visual Merchandising accountable for all content and output.
- Builds training materials, standard manuals and videos for field team.
Other responsabilities,
- Manages full process of Visual Merchandising presentation, from pre-buy to the end presentation in store ensuing design and merchant vision comes to life in our retail environment.
- Sell in set up for wholesale.
- Overseas all aspects of bi-monthly VMD, builds timelines, milestones, provides content, proofs & edits documentation ensuring print and store ops deadlines are met.
